Viramundo has strong ties to Brazilian culture.
For example, our NGO helped to create a group called Cantantes & Recitantes (Singers & Reciters).
Since 2001, C&R has brought together local and foreign amateurs who sing, play instruments, recite poetry, sketch, etc.
Certain favelas and well-known cultural venues such as Bip Bip and Salsa have been the settings for the C&R.
We are hopeful that we will soon defeat the pandemic and be able to enjoy the group’s shows once more.
